Frequently Asked Questions
Does Ace Link Armor offer free shipping?
Orders of $400 or more ship free. Anything under that threshold is charged shipping at checkout, so it can be worth adding an extra accessory or plate to clear the minimum if your order is close.
What is Ace Link Armor's return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and items need to come back in their original packaging with tags attached and in unused condition. Most returns and exchanges carry a 15% restocking fee, so factor that into the math before ordering multiple sizes to try at home.
Can I exchange my armor for a different size?
Yes. The first size exchange on an order is free of charge. Any exchange after that is treated like a standard return and charged the 15% restocking fee.
Why might my Ace Link Armor coupon code not work?
Codes are often limited to select items, such as specific carriers or accessory lines, and a code tied to a holiday sale can expire without much notice. If a code fails at checkout, try a newer one from this page rather than assuming your cart qualifies for every offer.
Does Ace Link Armor offer a discount for law enforcement?
Some Ace Link Armor promo codes are set aside for law enforcement buyers rather than the general public. These tend to be smaller than sitewide codes, so it is worth comparing one against a current storewide offer before applying it.
What does the Shipping Damage, Loss and Theft Protection add on cover?
It is an optional add on at checkout that replaces your order if it is damaged, lost, or stolen in transit, as long as you file a claim within 30 days of the expected delivery. Theft claims need a signed affidavit, and porch theft claims need an official police report, so keep documentation on hand if you go this route.
Does Ace Link Armor offer payment plans?
Yes. Affirm financing is available at checkout for spreading a larger purchase into installments, alongside standard credit card and PayPal payment.
How long does it take Ace Link Armor to ship an order?
Most orders leave the warehouse within one business day of payment clearing. Items that require manufacturing time are the exception, and the company will follow up with an estimated lead time in that case.
Can I return armor plates or a carrier that has already been worn?
Can I return armor plates or a carrier that has already been worn? Only if the product is still in new, unused, unaltered condition with all original parts and accessories included. Worn or altered gear is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
How often does Ace Link Armor release new coupon codes?
New codes tend to cluster around major sales periods like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with quieter stretches in between. Checking back on this page before a purchase is the easiest way to catch a fresh one.
