Shipping policy

Domestic customers can avail free shipping on all orders over $65. The company send orders via USPS and Fed Ex and ship Priority. The company also uses USPS to ship First Class. Orders under $65 are charged $7 for Standard delivery. Standard shipping + Insurance delivery is available for $8.50, Standard shipping + Signature is available for $11.00 and Standard shipping + Signature + Insurance is available for $12.50.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from Monday to Friday.

Return policy

The company does not accept returns on the basis if you changed your mind and all sales are final. In case the customer receives wrong item based on a packaging error on the company’s part, the company will rectify promptly. The customers need to contact the company within 5 business days of receiving the item based on mail carrier’s delivery confirmation status. The company will provide a return label for the item that was incorrectly shipped.
