How do I manage or cancel my ASYSTEM subscription?
Subscriptions can be managed from the Subscription tab in your account, where you can click Cancel next to the plan you want to stop. Any change or cancellation needs to be requested at least 42 hours before your scheduled renewal, or the next charge will still go through.
What happens once my ASYSTEM order has shipped?
Once an order, whether one time or subscription, has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Does ASYSTEM accept returns?
No, ASYSTEM does not accept returns since the products cannot be reused. A refund is only issued if a package is returned to ASYSTEM by the carrier and was never accepted by the recipient, and in that case a restocking fee of up to 15% plus original shipping fees may be deducted.
Does ASYSTEM offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping has applied to orders over a set subtotal, generally in the $40 range, with the exact threshold shown at checkout as items are added to the cart.
Is there a discount for signing up for the newsletter?
Yes, subscribing to the mailing list has unlocked 15% off a first order, which is one of the more reliable ways to get an initial discount on either skincare or supplements.
Does ASYSTEM offer a bigger discount on subscriptions versus one time purchases?
Yes, ASYSTEM has run promotions offering a larger percentage off one time purchases alongside a smaller ongoing discount on bundles and subscriptions, so comparing the current terms of each before choosing matters since the better deal has shifted between the two formats.
Is there a military discount at ASYSTEM?
