Can I combine more than one code?
No. Athleta's promotional terms state offers can't be combined with other discounts, including the Gap Inc. employee discount, so only one code applies per order.
What's Athleta's return window?
Online orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in store purchases within 30 days of purchase. Premier members get 45 days and All-Access cardmembers get 60 days, with merchandise credit issued for returns made after the first 30.
Is return shipping free?
Yes. Athleta covers the cost whether you use a prepaid mail label, a Happy Returns QR drop off, or bring the item to a store.
What is the Give It A Workout Guarantee?
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery even if you've worn and washed it, as long as it didn't perform the way you expected.
How do Encore Rewards points work?
You earn points per dollar spent, with the rate depending on your tier (5 per $1 for Core, 25 per $1 for All-Access at Gap Inc. brands). Points can be redeemed for savings or for products and experiences in the Encore Market.
