Bella Boutique offers free delivery on all orders worth $59.99 or more in Australia and New Zealand. Order under $59.99 will pay a flat rate of $8.95 delivery fee.

Orders that are placed before 10am AEST will be delivered the same day, order placed after the mentioned timeframe will be delivered the following day. Their warehouse is in Australia and they make all the efforts to pick, pack and deliver the order as soon as possible. Please allow excess days in peak days and sale events.

Bella Boutique delivers via Austpost. It takes Australia post normal time period to deliver the order to your location. Deliveries are made in business days only i.e Monday through Friday. They don’t deliver on weekends. Deliveries to WA, TAS, NA and other rural areas take longer time than other areas.

Bella Boutique Return Policy

Bella Boutique is taken the pride to provide quality products and service.

If for whatever reason you change your mind contact the customer service team within 14 days from the date you receive your product. Only full priced products are eligible for returns. Product purchased from Facebook exclusive discount or from sale products are not eligible for change pf mind return.

Once your product is approved for return and Return Authorization Number will be issued to you, which has to be sent back along with the return otherwise return will not be processed.

When RA number is issued, the customer is obliged to send the product back within 7 days of approval from customer care team. After receiving the order, it will be under 10 business days inspection process, if acceptable for return, you will get refund, exchange or store credit.

Returns are made on the products that are faulty as manufactured other than that the loss, damage or change in appearance occur due to mishandling or carelessness use are not eligible for the return.

The product you are returning must unworn, unused or in original condition as received with original packaging along with proof of purchase. Earrings and hair accessories due to hygiene reasons are not accepted for refund.

The company is not liable for any damage or lost in transit. It is customer’s responsibility until the product is received by the warehouse.
