The company was established in the year 2016 in the form of a small boutique in an inner city Brisbane shopping centre at Toowong Village.

Many occasions come in everyone’s life, we are here to serve the gorgeous occasion wear. Online shopping does not go with everyone in the world, we totally understand that everybody has their own thinking of mind, sometimes it is worth touching the merchandise, feel what you buying and this is why we are proud that we have made all the beautiful yet stunning dresses that the customers must have seen online available to try on. It has been 3 years that we have spreaded everywhere, we are loved locally, nationally and internationally by the customers because of our unique style and diversity. 

Our lace dresses, party styles, cocktail outfits and formal gowns are sought after by fashion bloggers and stylists in Australia and worldwide. The company works hard to provide an amazing shopping experience when the customers shop at Runway whether it be in store or online and would love to hear from your experience. We hope to see our customers back with a satisfactory attitude.

Shipping policy

Once the order is packed and processed, it takes approximately 2 to 6 business days for the standard shipping that does not includes the weekends or federal holidays. The express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days if you are in a major metro areas.

For all regional areas the customer requests to allow between 3 to 7 business days for the order to arrive at your doors. All orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday, on a weekend or during a public holiday, will be posted the next business day and business days do not include the Saturday and Sunday. All international orders are shipped using Australia Post.

Return Policy

The most important thing near is the satisfaction of the customers. We want all the girls to be fully satisfied with the purchase they do at our boutique. If for any reason, the girls are not utterly in live with the purchase or the item doesn’t fulfill the expectations then we are glad to inform about our return policy.

 Miss Runway Boutique does not offer refunds for returned items. All the items are required to be sent back within the time limit of 14 days of you receiving the parcel for domestic and 21 days for international orders. You must return the package in its original condition and also unworn, unwashed and with all tags and original packaging.
