Return Policy
The Mocka wants their customers to be 100% happy and satisfied with their purchase. If you have changed your mind about an item purchased or simply want to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund within 30 days of the date of your purchase. Make sure that the returned item must be unused and in its original condition including all the original packaging. Clearance items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and all the related charges. If you return an item without its original packaging, or not in unused condition, then the company reserves the right to deduct $20 per item from the amount to be refunded.
Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched via track and trace courier, Monday to Friday only. When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been dispatched with the tracking number which will link you to the courier’s web page so that you can keep an eye on progress.
If the purchased items are in stock the company will always endeavour to send them as soon as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours of the confirmation. The delivery time for the main metro areas is 4 to 6 working days and the approximate transit times for outer areas, SA 7 to 9 working days, TAS 7 to 9 working days, WA 10 to 14 working days & NT 12 to 14 working days.
