Motto fashion was established by Faye and Lauren Browne who were basically the designers. The company is known to be one of the most amazing brands also known to be big, with all the small business values. We have 8 retail stores in total up till now and we are proud to have them because more still to count and also a manufacturing facility right here in Melbourne. The company is basically run and operated by  a family and have been operated since Faye found stoned the company in the year 1985.

Shipping Policy

In most of the cases purchases are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of making the order. The reason behind this is that the company does not always have customer’s total purchase in the warehouse, and the brand often locates part of customer’s order from the boutique of the company. As soon as each item on the customer’s order arrives in the company’s warehouse, the total order if the purchaser will be shipped the same day.
All the domestic deliveries are shipped using Startrack Couriers, and all International deliveries are shipped using Australia Post International Express. Domestic and International delivery services do not require a signature on delivery and parcel of yours will be left at the address you have given to the company. There is an offer of free shipping within Australia on all the orders over $150 and also the free shipping on New Zealand orders over AUD$200 Australia Residential Business costs $8.90 flat rate, or free on orders over $150. Startrack Couriers (Overnight Service) Australia PO Box costs $8.90 flat rate, or free on orders over $150. Australia Express Post (Overnight Service) New Zealand costs $20 flat rate, or free on orders over $200AUD. International Express Post (2-3 Days), Rest of World has the $25 flat rate.

Return Policy

All the items that are purchased online can be accepted back by the company within the time limit of 10 days from the date of the purchase of an item, or if they are faulty. All the items the customers ask to return should be unworn, unused with all the important tags still attached. Free returns and exchanges are available for all full priced items. They can be returned using the Reply Paid details included with your order. Sale items can be returned to the company, at customer’s own cost for return or exchange. Items of the final sale that are marked as final sale in the product name cannot be accepted back unless the item is faulty. Motto retail stores do not accept back items that were purchased on sale.
