Return Policy

The company only accepts complete products that should be unworn apart of trying it on, should be undamaged and also the original labels and original packaging is required for the acceptance of return.
Additionally, the retail packaging cannot be damaged or used as a mailer box. Always ship the retail packaging within a separate mailer bag or mailer box. If these conditions are not met the company has the complete right to reject the returned product and send it back to the sender.

The time limit for the acceptance of the return is 14 business days that starts on the day when the customer received their order. This means that if you want to return a product to us, you need to send it back within this period. Please know that the product needs to be on its way within this period, but it doesn't mean it actually has to be back with them within fourteen business days. If there are special circumstances causing you to exceed this period, please contact their support team first to see if they can make an exception.

Shipping Policy

The company offers free shipping in Australia. All the orders are shipped from the warehouse located in Melbourne. For same business day delivery the customer must place the order before 11am AEST. The order will be sent via Startrack. Delivery may take 1 to 2 business days depending on the location you mentioned at checkout.

The company don’t deliver on weekends or public holiday. Deliveries are made from Monday through till 5pm.

For delivery in New Zealand shipping charges depends on the weight of parcel or number of the products you ordered and location you mentioned. It may take 5 to 7 business days to deliver. The company is not responsible of any custom duty or import duties or any other taxes. Order delivers from Monday through Friday till 6 pm and in busy days it can be up to 9pm local time.
