Shipping Policy

• For Australia Orders

Skin Matrix provides free shipping on all orders over $99 or more. Their all orders are sent via Australia Post Eparcel or Austpost Satchel Bags. The service is traceable and you will receive a notification with your tracking number once your order is being dispatched. The orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. If all the items of your order are in stock then they will be dispatched at the same day. However, the delivery of your order will take between 3 to 5 business days.

For International Orders

Once your order is being delivered you will receive a tracking email. You can view your tracking information when you log into your account and can track your order easily. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for Express Courier International delivery. The purchase will be responsible for any additional taxes or duties which the country may levy on the purchase of the goods. The purchaser is responsible for the knowledge of any import laws in their own country.

• Return Policy

If you are not happy with your product and want to return it, no worries because they accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unopened, unused, not damage in any way and must be in original packaging. Once the returned item has been accepted by the company, we will definitely issue you a full refund using the same method of payment you have used for the purchase. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, send them email within 2 days with a photo of damaged item. Do not use or dispose of the project.
