Shipping Policy

For stated delivery, the time is provided by the couriers. Remote delivery takes place through local transport schedules and may take extra time to deliver. Please keep in mind the company offers on week days, delivery may extend on peak periods and public holidays.

The company ships via Australia Post, courier please, star Track, Fastway. Once you place the order, it os company’s preference to organise the product amd dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time depends on tje address you mention at checkoutm it may take longer time to deliver other then metro areas of Australia.

Return Policy

If for whatever reason you change your mind, can return the item within 30 days of purchase. In order to request for refund, the item will only be accepted for change of mind. The product for return must be sealed as received and in a brand new condition. When you fall under the criteria, you can contact the customer service to arrange the return of purchased item and get a refund or a store credit of the product purchased. Please note the company will not refund original delivery cost or handling fee if any.
