The founder of the company, William’s Sonoma is Chuck Williams who opened his first store in Sonoma California in the year 1956. The creation of the company was to help the people shape the way of cooking and entertainment. The company started it’s journey from a single store selling a small array of cookware and equipment imported from France, the companyhas grown to serve people with a wide range ofhand selected products from around the globe.Customers will easily find out a large variety of cookware, bakeware, kitchen tools, tableware, specialty foods and more made up of a high quality. Williams Sonoma tries its best to give the perfect customer service to the people who come at our store or site also our mission is to remain the same as it was in the start of the journey, fifty years ago. We inspire cooks everywhere, each and every day because we believe that gathering around the table for a shared meal is one of life’s greatest pleasures.

Shipping or delivery policy

The company is providing 4 types of delivery methods that includes small parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe determined by the products in the order of the customer. The delivery of theproduct is displayed under the stockStatus information on each product page online. Delivery charges are determined by the location given by the customerand are charged per order. Multipleproduct orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Sometimes products may arrive separately but the customer will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent through the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. The company does not support Shipping to PO Boxes and you are bound to provide a street address for delivery.

 RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the products we sell and serve our customers. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our top listed priorities.

But still we understand sometimes the size doesn’t fit or  doesn’t suit the way you want it, we are glad to provide return policy to make it right for you. With items purchased online or at our stores, within 7 days of furniture delivered to your home, or within 30 days of purchase of all other products, you may return your items for a refund of the merchandise value. Returns of furniture purchases are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Price adjustments are granted within the time limit of the 14 days from the date of the purchase.

You are requested to provide the proof of your purchase for all the returns and exchanges for changed minds. Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payments, cash purchase refunds over $300 will be issued as a company cheque. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded or exchanged at the original purchase price in the form of a gift voucher.
