Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use two Bake Me A Wish promo codes on the same order?
No. Company policy does not permit two or more discounts to be combined on a single order. If you are holding a newsletter code and a seasonal percentage off code at the same time, work out which one produces the bigger dollar saving on your specific cart before you paste anything in.
I placed my order and forgot the discount code. Is it too late?
Not necessarily. Bake Me A Wish will apply a missed promo code as long as the order has not yet shipped, and you need to contact Customer Care by phone or email to get it done. Since orders placed before the daily cutoff can ship the same day, call rather than email if the gift is going out imminently.
Does Bake Me A Wish ever offer free shipping?
Free shipping and promotional discounts do appear, and the company announces them by email to subscribers and displays them on its own website. Bake Me A Wish specifically warns that it has no affiliation with many sites advertising free shipping in its name, so verify any free shipping claim against the official site or by calling customer care before you count on it.
How does the Gifting Rewards program work?
You earn one Wish Point per dollar spent, with shipping excluded from the calculation, and the points do not expire. Published redemption tiers start around 100 points for $5 off and climb from there, and VIP status kicks in once you accumulate 500 points, which raises the earn rate on subsequent purchases. For anyone who sends gifts several times a year, this quietly beats hunting for a fresh code every time.
What is the Daily Deal?
A different product is discounted around 25% each day, and the price drops automatically with no code entered. Because it is one rotating item rather than a category, it only helps if the featured gift happens to suit your occasion, so it is worth checking the day you plan to order rather than planning around it.
Is the Birthday Club worth joining?
Members receive a birthday gift, access to member only sales and entry into cake giveaways, and joining credits points to your account straight away. You register your birth month and date with your account, so sign up well before the birthday you care about rather than the week of.
How late can I order for next day delivery?
Standard orders must be completed by 4:30pm Eastern on a business day, and personalized or theme cakes have a much earlier 11:00am Eastern cutoff. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the following business day, and no exceptions are made, so a personalized cake for tomorrow is a morning decision.
What happens if the cake arrives late or damaged?
You may be eligible for a refund of the shipping amount, a refund of the order total, store credit, or an overnight reshipment of a fresh gift, depending on what went wrong. Bake Me A Wish must hear from you no later than 14 days after the package was received, and a photo of the damage helps if the gift arrived on time but in poor shape.
Can gifts go to Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas?
Alaska and Hawaii carry a $25 charge on top of the standard shipping and handling, deliveries there run Wednesday through Friday only by 2-day air, and not every gift qualifies. International delivery is not offered because of the spoilage risk, with one exception: select gifts ship to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses through USPS under the Operation Birthday Cake program.
How often does Bake Me A Wish release new deals?
Promotions follow the gifting calendar rather than a weekly cadence, clustering around the occasions the company builds product pages for, including Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas, with holiday gift towers and business gift programs driving the year end offers.
