Balfour Return Policy

• The company advocates the idea of customer is always right. So it has a swift return policy in case the customer is not satisfied by the product. The customer can simply reach out to company’s local representative or call company’s call customer service center.
• However the above policy is not applicable for customized jewelry but the company does leave the customer in dark alley here but it is happier to mend and repair the product for customer’s satisfaction.
• In case of Graduation products, class apparel and announcements the company provides return policy to those students who do not graduate. However broken sale fee is applicable.
• In case of graduation caps, gowns and regalia where there is no manufacturer defect, customized, personalized, and monogrammed return policy does not apply. However broken sale fee may apply. The return policy is applicable provided that products and packaging must be in new condition and will not be returned if worn or altered in any way.
• The company offers a refund, credit or exchange on any jacket or patch with a defect in materials or workmanship in case of letter jackets and patches.
• In case of defect in student’s copy of the yearbook, contact your school’s yearbook adviser for a replacement copy.
• Items Excluding Food Items, Personalized, Project Repat, Photo Products, Sprit Wear or Custom-Designed Merchandise are subject to a full refund within 30 days if its manufacturer direct purchase and to be eligible for such return the customer is required to be eligible the items must be: unused or unworn as the case may be, and in the same condition as received, have original packaging and the packing slip.

Balfour Shipping Policy

• As for High school class rings. The orders take approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the time of order to final delivery. However one can contact school representative for specific delivery date and if the school is not serviced by balfour then directly to balfour through their number provided on their website the email provided there.
• College graduation rings are delivered in a group for the ceremony and if one is not able to attend the ceremony then the school will notify to pick up the ring. Rings are shipped through USPS services and the signature is required. However orders for alumni and current students from schools that do not sponsor a delivery ceremony can expect to receive their hand-crafted ring in four to six weeks (excluding shipping time).
• School announcements, name cards, thank you cards, and address labels are delivered typically 4-6 weeks before graduation through standard shipping to the school or office the local representative for distribution. However non-customized Balfour graduation products i.e. cap & gown, soft goods, memory books, accessories are shipped at a different time.
• In case of college grad announcements the delivery time is approximately 10 business days plus shipping time to process order from the date it is placed. Order can also be shipped overnight instead of the standard ground method if you want it. However company does not provide overnight delivery to P.O. boxes. If overnight delivery is required, then you are require to provide the formal street address.
• Company ensures that year books are present on the distribution day event.
• Letterman is delivered directly to school representative and the order takes 6-8 weeks from the time of order to final delivery.
