Is there a free trial for Base.com?
Yes. You get 14 days of full access to every feature and integration, and no credit card is needed to register. If you don't activate a paid account afterward, Base can suspend the account.
How much does Base.com cost?
Freemium is $0 for up to 100 orders a month. Business is a $99 fixed fee plus $0.49 per order, and Shopify merchants can get Business at $20 a month. Prices are net of tax.
Where do I enter a promo code?
The registration form has a "Recommending user / Promo Code" field on the company details step. Fill it in before you click Try it for free.
Can I combine more than one code?
Base's promo terms say its campaigns combine with each other unless a campaign states otherwise. Refer and Gain does not combine with the Affiliate Program. The referral discount goes to the person who referred you, not to the new user.
Can I cancel, and will I be billed for a partial month?
You can suspend your account anytime in settings, or ask Technical Support to delete it. Fees are billed after each monthly period, and Base may treat a period as free if the account is suspended or deleted during it. That is at Base's discretion, not guaranteed.
Can I sign up as an individual seller?
No. The Terms limit Base.com to business and professional use, and personal or household use is not eligible.
