Frequently Asked Questions
Does Beautyhabit offer free shipping?
Yes, standard contiguous US ground shipping is free on orders of $85 or more, based on the product total after discounts (gift card purchases don't count toward that threshold since they don't require shipping).
What's Beautyhabit's return window?
Most unused merchandise can be returned within 15 days of receipt, but the policy makes no exceptions for used or opened items, since the brand guarantees the purity and authenticity of everything it sells.
Is there a fee for a prepaid return label?
Yes, $9.95 is deducted from the refund to cover the return label cost for shipments within the contiguous US; extra fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories, or for oversized and heavy items. International returns are entirely at the buyer's expense.
Can I combine a discount code with a free gift with purchase?
No, only one promotional, coupon, or discount code is permitted per order, and discount codes can't be combined with gift-with-purchase codes.
What happens to a free gift if I return part of my order?
If returning an item drops your order below the threshold that qualified you for a free gift, the gift must be returned unused or its value will be deducted from your refund. Complimentary samples, however, are yours to keep.
Does Beautyhabit offer gift wrapping?
Yes, free gift wrapping is available; just note which items you'd like wrapped, along with any message, in the comments section at checkout.
Can I pick up my order in person instead of paying shipping?
Yes, free local pickup is available at the Agoura Hills warehouse Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 4pm Pacific Time; note "In-Store Pick Up" in the comments and allow at least 3 hours for processing.
