Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return a rug?
You have 60 days from delivery to return an item in new, sellable condition that matches its original shipping dimensions, giving you real time to see how a rug looks in your space before committing.
Is return shipping free?
It depends on your refund choice. Returns are free when you opt for store credit as a gift card, but if you want a refund to your original payment method, return shipping costs are deducted instead. For larger rugs over roughly 8 feet by 10 feet, you'll need to contact customer service directly to arrange the return rather than using the self-service portal.
s there a minimum order for free shipping?
No, free standard shipping applies to all orders within the contiguous United States with no minimum purchase required, and most in-stock items ship within 24 hours.
Can I try a rug before committing to the full size?
Yes, if a rug offers a sample, buying that first is a smart way to check color and texture in your actual space, and samples ship free with a complimentary gift card included as a bonus.
How does the rewards program work?
Creating an account earns you 100 points right away, and you continue earning points through reviews, social media engagement, and purchases. Once you reach 250 points, they're redeemable for a $25 promo code.
Is there a referral discount?
Yes, referring a friend earns you $10 every time they make a purchase, and your friend also receives a $10 coupon code, making it a straightforward way to add ongoing credit to your account.
Can I combine a promo code with a Bundle & Save discount?
Generally, sitewide codes typically apply on top of clearance and bundle pricing, though it's worth checking a specific code's terms, since combining a rug with a matched runner, rug pad, or cleaning product through Bundle & Save can cut the total by 15 to 30 percent on its own.
