Frequently Asked Questions
Does BrewDemon offer a coupon for signing up for emails?
Yes, subscribing earns a code for 15% off your next order over $50. The $50 minimum applies to the order that uses the code, so a full starter kit clears it while a small accessory order may fall short.
When does BrewDemon offer free shipping, and what is the flat rate?
US customers, including territories, can choose flat rate ground shipping listed at $10 to $16. Free shipping applies to street addresses in the contiguous states above a minimum order. The shipping page text gives that minimum as $50, but the announcement bar advertises $250, so confirm it in your cart.
Is BrewDemon's free shipping slower than flat rate?
Free shipping uses economy service that sometimes involves USPS, while flat rate uses ground shipping. BrewDemon points out that flat rate isn't always the cheapest choice, so compare the options at checkout. Once an order processes, UPS Ground delivery in the lower 48 takes 3 to 5 business days.
How does BrewDemon ship to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses?
PO box orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, and free shipping may not apply to some PO boxes. Flat rate covers Ground Advantage but not Priority, so choosing Priority costs extra. Alaska, Hawaii, military APO and FPO, and territory orders ship USPS Priority, taking about 3 business days, 10 to 14, and 7 to 14 respectively after processing.
What is BrewDemon's return policy?
Most products can be returned within 30 days, including recipes as long as they are unopened and unused. Call 1 (800) 372-2337 or use the contact page first, and don't send items to the store.
Does BrewDemon replace a kit or fermenter that breaks?
A 120 day replacement guarantee covers BrewDemon kits and equipment, well beyond the 30 day return period. Contact customer support to start a replacement.
How often does BrewDemon run sales and coupon promotions?
Promotions follow the season and change quickly. Recent announcement banners have offered free shipping on brewing kits through August and 25% off Halloween recipes and equipment with code SPOOKY26 while it lasts. The email signup discount stays available year round.
Can I combine BrewDemon's email code with a sale code?
BrewDemon doesn't publish a stacking rule. The email code needs an order over $50, and the Halloween code points to its own collection, so add qualifying items and try both at checkout. The cart will show what applies.
