Shipping Policy
The company is offering free shipping on all orders over $40 domestically. Orders are shipped only on Monday through Friday. Mostly the orders placed are processed and shipped 1 to 2 working days. Orders for next day or 2nd day must be placed by 11 AM EST. If placed, the order will be processed and shipped the following day. If the order is placed after the time limit i.e 11 AM EST, the order will be processed and shipped the next working day. The company doesn’t offer next day or 2nd day shipping to APO/FPO, P.O Box, and some areas of Hawaii and Alaska.
The company ship via USPS. Orders over $40 are eligible for free shipping and takes around 3 to 5 business days. The orders under $40 have to pay shipping cost which is $6.95.
Return policy
The company values their customers. If for whatever purpose the customer is unhappy with the product of the company, he can without any reluctant return the merchandise. The company will willingly accept the unopened, unused and undamaged product.
The product to be returned must be in original state and returned within 30 Days from the date of purchase. The customer must attach the original packing slip or order confirmation slip otherwise the order will be rejected for refund. The company prefers return shipping USPS.
The return will be processed immediately after receiving, an email will be sent to the customer for confirmation. The customer is requested to show flexibility for 2 to 3 weeks for the amount to credited in account. Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refund.
