Design Processing And Shipping Time
Design processing takes 3 to 5 business days and after 3 to 5 days of placing the order the customer will receive a preview of their design which will be emailed to them. This is the way of the customer to select and approve the way it looks before it is printed. The time may vary. Shipping of the purchase takes 5 to 7 business days that excludes the weekends and federal holidays.
After the design is approved, it will immediately start to print onto the canvas. The customers are asked to allow 5 to 7 days foe the delivery of canvas and sometimes occasionally most probably it may take up to 10 business days. If the customer is needing a fast shipping then they can request and let us know. There are upgraded shipping times available at the time of the checkout. There is free shipping to the 48 states.
Return or Refund Policy
If the customer receives their design preview and are not 100% satisfied with the purchase and wishes to get their money back rather than asking the company to make design changes then the company will refund the 100% off their money and this guarantees the customers that their order is totally risk free with us.
All of the personalized designs are approved by the customer before they are printed and shipped. For that reason, if you are not satisfied with your design, the proof must not be approved. Once the customers have approved the proof, no refund will be given.
If the product is damaged a new canvas will be printed. Pictures of the damage are required. If your item is not personalized, no preview will be given. The item will ship after it has been purchased. The company does not not accept returns or refunds for these items since an example is shown on the product page before purchasing.
