The delivery includes month’s featured brews and a newsletter which informs customers regarding the featured craft breweries and their unique taste. Members can choose to receive monthly, every-other-month or even quarterly shipments with selected number of beers as per their requirement. The variety of beer is provided by small-production, independent, artisan, craft brewers who use different brewing techniques and create amazing taste by using different traditional brewing ingredients.Each shipment features 2 different craft breweries - each from a different geographical regions, 4 different craft beer styles with three beers of each style. This gives the customer a real variety of amazing beer that they crave and love about the company. The company offers free membership with no obligation to continue for a certain time and one can choose to say good bye anytime.

Shipping policy

Members in the contiguous United States get free shipping of beer except for destinations in Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery charges to Alaska and Hawaii vary depending on final destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options. These charges are shown during checkout as you provide your shipping address.

The company is not shipping to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or international addresses.

Return / Cancelation policy

Members are welcomed with open arms whereby the company charges no membership fees. Members are at liberty to cancel their membership at any time they want. All you need to do is to make a call at the customer service number which is 1-800-200-2959 and request cancelation of membership.

However, if the members choose to cancel their membership prior to three shipments, members will be charged a fees of $19.90for the opener and coasters which are shared as two bonus gifts.

For a damaged shipment,the company will replace the product at no additional charge. If the member receives a wrong shipment, a discount is offered or the customer can choose to send back the shipment for no additional charges.

Members can return unopened beer bottles within 14 days for a refund. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
