Frequently Asked Questions
Does Decade Awards include engraving in the price?
Yes, custom engraving, typically up to three or four lines of text with a set character limit per line, is built into the standard price rather than charged as an add-on, and the engraved plate arrives already attached to the trophy base.
How fast does an engraved order ship?
Many engraved trophies ship out the same or next business day after the order and personalization details are submitted, though it's worth confirming turnaround time for larger bulk orders, since those may take longer to produce.
Can I return a custom-engraved trophy?
Because each trophy is personalized with specific text at the time of order, it's worth confirming Decade Awards' current return policy for engraved items directly before ordering, since custom-engraved products across the industry are commonly treated as final sale, with exceptions typically limited to a production error.
Does Decade Awards handle bulk orders for leagues or companies?
Yes, the company works with both individual customers ordering one trophy and larger commercial or industrial clients needing multiple engraved pieces for a season, tournament, or corporate event.
What if there's a mistake in my order?
Customers who've found an error in their order have generally been able to reach Decade Awards' team directly to get it corrected and a replacement shipped, based on how the company has handled these situations.
Does a coupon code apply to bulk trophy orders?
Since a season's worth of trophies for a youth league can mean ordering many identical pieces at once, it's worth checking whether an active sitewide code applies per unit or is capped, so a large order gets the full value of the discount.
What other products does Decade Awards sell besides trophies?
Beyond trophies, the catalog includes corporate award plaques, sports-themed novelty gifts, and picture frames, all available with the same custom engraving option.
