Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a DUER coupon code with the referral program?
Generally only one discount code applies per order, so a referral discount and a separate promo code likely can't be stacked on the same purchase, though it's worth checking the specific terms of whichever offer is active.
Why isn't my DUER promo code working?
Confirm the code hasn't expired and check whether it applies to sale items, since Last Chance and clearance products often follow separate rules from regular-priced merchandise.
What is DUER's return policy?
Regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of shipment, provided they're unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice. Last Chance items can only be returned or exchanged for store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.
What happens after the 30-day return window closes?
Manufacturer defects are covered under warranty for up to one year from purchase. Past 30 days without a defect, DUER's return portal outlines the specific next steps, which differ from the standard return process.
Are all DUER orders eligible for a free return?
All international orders are treated as final sale, and customers with three or more units returned within a 12-month period are subject to an $8 return handling fee, which DUER may also apply to returns it considers fraudulent.
Does DUER offer price adjustments after purchase?
Yes, DUER will adjust the price of items purchased within the past 7 days if the price has since dropped, which is worth checking on a recent order during an active sale.
Does DUER offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on US orders over $99.
Does DUER offer a military and first responder discount?
Yes, through a partnership with GovX, verified service members and first responders can save up to 20% on select purchases, separate from the brand's standard promotional codes.
