Edible Rewards is free to join online, in the Edible App, or in store. Members earn points on qualifying purchases, with the rate depending on how much you spend and your rewards tier. Points post one day after the order is delivered or picked up, and they do not accrue on delivery fees, shipping, tips or sales tax. Points are redeemed in the Edible App only at the moment, not online or in store. Points expire one year after they are earned, $5 and $10 off rewards expire 30 days after you redeem points for them, and free product rewards expire after 90 days.

Why was I charged a delivery fee when the site advertises free delivery?

Free delivery is tied to specific offers and thresholds, such as the current free next day delivery on orders over $79, and same day delivery orders can carry a fee of $14.99 instead. A handful of states add their own charges on top, including Colorado's retail delivery fee and Hawaii's state service fee.

Can I cancel or change an Edible Arrangements order?

Yes, but there is a hard cutoff. Contact the local store handling your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup, and no later than 11:59pm EST the day before. Orders shipping by FedEx must be changed or cancelled through the care center at 877-DO-FRUIT by noon EST the day before, since local stores cannot touch FedEx orders.
