Frequently Asked Questions
Does EightVape offer free shipping?
Orders over $95 ship free. Orders below that threshold are charged standard shipping, and an age verification fee is applied at checkout to meet federal delivery requirements for nicotine products.
Can I return a vape if I simply do not like it?
Buyer's remorse exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, but only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies, and EightVape does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Which products can never be returned?
E-liquids, pods, disposables, tanks, coils, batteries, and anything purchased on sale or clearance are final sale. Since these categories make up most of what EightVape sells, it is worth confirming a flavor or device fits your setup before ordering.
What if my device arrives defective?
Submit a support ticket within 72 hours of delivery describing the issue, and once approved, EightVape will exchange it for the same product. Waiting past that window can affect whether the exchange gets approved.
Why does EightVape require an adult signature at delivery?
Federal regulations require verified age confirmation at the point of delivery for vaping products, so every shipment carries a mandatory 21 plus signature requirement. This is built into the shipping process rather than something you can opt out of.
Does EightVape offer a military discount?
Yes, EightVape provides a standing discount to verified members of the military. Verification is typically required through a third party service before the discount applies at checkout.
How does the EightVape loyalty program work?
Customers earn points on purchases that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. The program also factors into member exclusive perks that are separate from the site's public promo codes.
What happens to an approved return that never gets shipped back?
EightVape holds items for no more than 5 business days after the initial contact about a return. After that window, unreturned items are discarded, so approved returns need to be sent back promptly.
Is there a referral program?
Yes, EightVape's refer a friend program gives the new customer a discount and rewards the referring customer with account credit once the referred purchase goes through.
