Frequently Asked Questions
What is Gel Blaster's return and warranty policy?
Gel Blaster backs every product with a 90-day return warranty, and separately offers a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, excluding original shipping costs. Products need to be in like-new condition with original packaging to qualify.
Why isn't my Gel Blaster promo code applying at checkout?
Sitewide codes are relatively rare for Gel Blaster, often just one to three active at a time, and many exclude sale or clearance items, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees. Double-checking whether the cart includes an already-discounted item is the first thing to try.
Does a damaged or malfunctioning blaster get repaired or replaced?
Yes, if a claim is confirmed to be a defect in materials or workmanship, Gel Blaster will repair, replace, or refund the product at their discretion. A replaced or repaired unit is then covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 30 days from the replacement, whichever is longer.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, but only before it ships. Cancellation requests are accepted up until 12 PM Eastern time on the day the order was placed, and exceptions beyond that are handled case by case by customer service.
Is there a discount for military members, first responders, or teachers?
Yes, Gel Blaster offers a standing discount to verified Military, First Responders, and Teachers. This runs separately from general sitewide promo codes and typically requires verification through the brand's discount portal.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
If a parcel is damaged in transit, rejecting the delivery from the courier when possible and contacting customer service right away is the recommended first step. If it's already been delivered and damaged, customer service can advise on next steps for a replacement.
Does Gel Blaster offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is commonly available above a minimum order threshold, though this can shift with active promotions. It's worth checking the current threshold against the cart total before adding an unrelated item just to qualify.
How often does Gel Blaster release new codes?
New codes appear on average every week or two, with the deepest discounts, sometimes over 50% off, typically showing up in February and again during Q4 holiday shopping. Outside those windows, expect smaller sitewide percentage-off codes.
