Shipping policy:
Giant vapes gives discounted shipping policy internationally and to its U.S. and military addresses it provides free shipping policy. On week days if the orders are sent before 5:00 pm, customers will receive it the same day according to eastern time whereas if the order is placed before 2 :00 pm on Saturday then it will be received on the day its’s sent otherwise it will be received the next business day.
If due to any event or holiday the shipment is delayed, it will be informed to the people via any social media.
Domestic shipping
At Utah and Indiana, currently we are unable to ship orders as of the legislation of the state.
Within 1 to 2 day, the non-express orders are shipped via 2 mail services: either by USPS first class mail that delivers within 3 to 5 days or by USPS priority mail within 2 to 3 days.
FedEx is used for express domestic shipping. It also has two options: either by FedEx standard overnight that will deliver the next day or by priority overnight. there is also an option of FedEx 2 Day that delivers within 2 days.
International shipping
There are two options for international shipping: either USPS first class international that delivers within 10 to 21 days or FedEx International priority that takes 2 to 8 days to deliver the order.
The order is packed completely so that you get yours undamaged. There are different rates for shipping via different options depending on the weight or size of the order.
Return or exchange policy:
There is no return or refund policy for e-liquids once they are shipped. So, it’s the responsibility of pour customers to make sure while placing the orders if he/she really wants to order that item.
There is free return policy for accessories, chargers, atomizers, Mods, Batteries etc. It can be returned back if it's damaged or not in a good condition.
If there is any defect in the manufacturing of hardware, then it has lifetime warranty and can be returned or exchanged.
