Frequently Asked Questions
Does Grill Masters Club offer free shipping?
Yes, all subscription boxes and bundles ship free within the US.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
There are no refunds on prepaid subscriptions of any kind, including 3, 4, 6, and 12-box plans, and canceling after a charge has already gone through doesn't trigger a refund either. Canceling before a renewal charge processes is the only way to stop future billing, though the team will accommodate a refund request made before that renewal box actually ships.
Are non-subscription Pitmaster Shop purchases returnable?
Returns on one-time products are evaluated at the company's discretion. If approved, the customer covers return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee applies once the item is received back.
When does my first subscription box ship?
The first box ships within 72 hours of signing up. After that, boxes go out on the 9th or 23rd of the month depending on when in the month the signup happened.
Can I combine a discount code with a prepaid subscription?
Discount codes typically apply at checkout on top of prepaid pricing, though prepaid plans already carry deeper built-in savings than a pay-as-you-go box, so it's worth comparing the two before applying a smaller code to a single box.
Does Grill Masters Club ship to Canada?
Yes, Canadian customers shop through a dedicated Canada store at GrillMastersClub.ca with free shipping and duties included, separate from the US site.
What's included in a typical box?
Each box includes 5 or more premium products, such as sauces, rubs, seasonings, and grilling tools, valued at over $80, along with the recipe booklet and pitmaster tips.
