Is shipping included?
The first box ships free as part of most new customer offers. A shipping fee applies on all deliveries after the first box.
Can I combine a promo code with the Hero or student discount?
No. Only one coupon, discount, or promotional code can apply to a box at a time, so these don't stack with each other or with gift cards.
How do I pause or skip a delivery?
Log into your account, go to My Menu, select the delivery week, and choose Skip Week. You can skip without cancelling your plan or losing an active discount.
When is the cutoff to cancel or skip?
By 11:59 PM PST, 5 days before your next scheduled delivery. Requests after that cutoff can't be processed, and you'll be charged for the box already in motion.
Does cancelling forfeit my free breakfast for life offer?
Yes. That perk only applies while your subscription stays active, if you cancel, it becomes invalid and won't return automatically if you resubscribe later.
Am I eligible for the student discount?
Yes, if you're a current U.S. college student outside Hawaii and Alaska, verified through UNiDAYS.
Where do I enter a promo code?
During checkout or account reactivation, there's a promo code box, enter your code there and click Apply. Codes received by email can also be applied by clicking the link in that email.
