Can I combine more than one offer?
Hilton does not state a general stacking rule. Each offer has its own terms, so read the details on the offer page before you book. Most discounts apply as a specific rate or package chosen when you reserve.
What is Hilton's Price Match Guarantee?
Book direct, then find a lower qualifying rate on another site for the same hotel, room, dates, and booking terms. Submit your claim within 24 hours of booking and Hilton matches the rate and takes an extra 25% off the room rate. The other price must be at least 1% lower and publicly bookable.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation rules depend on the rate type, the dates, and the individual hotel. You can cancel at no cost within the hotel's cancellation window, and a late fee may apply after that. Non-refundable rates require full prepayment and cannot be refunded.
Do Hilton Honors Points expire?
Yes, after 24 consecutive months of inactivity. A stay at any hotel in the Hilton portfolio keeps your account active.
How soon do Points post after a stay?
Points typically post within 24 hours after check out. Past stays can take up to 5 business days for hotels in North America.
Which rates are eligible for a price match?
Special member rates such as AAA and AARP, corporate rates, package rates, and non-public rates are not eligible. Claims also cannot be processed after check in.
