Free shipping is available on most orders over a $75 subtotal. It excludes Alaska, Hawaii, oversized items and wholesale, and free shipping orders go by Ground or SmartPost.
How quickly does HobbyTron ship an order?
Most in stock items ship within 24 to 48 business hours, and once an order is processed it cannot be edited or cancelled. Next Day and Second Day Air orders placed after 2:30 pm PST ship the following business day.
What is HobbyTron's Rush Order option?
It aims to ship an order within 24 hours if it is placed and charged before 1:00 PM PST on a weekday. If the order misses that mark the fee is refunded, and the fee does not change transit time.
What is the HobbyTron refund policy?
Refunds are only for new, unopened and unused items returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling is not refunded, and a 20% restocking fee applies to refunds but not to exchanges.
What does the HobbyTron 45 Day True Warranty cover?
Items with a manufacturing defect within 45 days of purchase are replaced. Lost, crashed, repaired or modified items are excluded.
What if my HobbyTron package arrives damaged?
Refuse it or take it to a FedEx location within 24 hours, mark it as refused due to shipping damage, then call so a claim can be filed. Missing that step loses the replacement or refund.
Can I return a HobbyTron Mystery Gift or magic item?
No. Mystery Gifts, valued from $15 to more than $75, are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable, and all magic item sales are final.
Does HobbyTron substitute items?
It reserves the right to send equivalent items when stock runs out, and color, frequency and packaging may vary. During the pre Christmas rush it may upgrade an order to a different item, which can be returned unopened if unwanted.
