Frequently Asked Questions
Does Horne give a discount on my first order?
Yes, Horne offers 15 percent off your first order when you sign up through their site, though some brand exclusions apply to that discount. It is worth checking whether the specific piece you want falls under an excluded brand before assuming the code will apply.
Can I combine multiple promo codes on one Horne order?
No, Horne only allows one promo code per transaction, so if you try to enter a second code at checkout, the system will prompt you to remove the first one. Compare your available codes ahead of time and use whichever offers the better discount for your cart.
Does Horne charge for shipping?
Horne offers free shipping on most items over $75, and at various times runs promotions that include complimentary upgraded shipping or cover vendor mandated shipping charges on top of that. Smaller accessory orders under $75 may carry a standard shipping charge.
What is Horne's return policy?
Horne offers free returns alongside its free shipping, with items needing to be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify within a defined return window. Some product categories, like final sale or clearance items, may be excluded, so check the listing for any return restrictions before ordering.
Are brand specific promotions common at Horne?
Yes, individual brands carried by Horne, such as Herman Miller or Tom Dixon, periodically run their own promotional windows separate from Horne's sitewide codes. Signing up for the newsletter is the most reliable way to catch these since they rotate and are not always advertised on the main coupon page.
Does Horne offer a referral discount?
Yes, Horne's referral program gives you 10 percent off when you refer a friend to shop the site, which works as a separate savings path from any active sitewide promo code. This can be a straightforward way to save again after you have already used your first order discount.
Can I use a Horne promo code on outlet or open box items?
It depends on the specific code. Horne's outlet and open box sections already carry discounts up to 60 percent off, and some sitewide codes exclude these categories since the items are already marked down. Check your code's terms before assuming it will stack with outlet pricing.
Is there a trade program for professionals shopping at Horne?
Yes, Horne runs a trade program offering discounted pricing for interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals, which is separate from the consumer facing promo codes on this page. If you regularly source furniture for clients, it may be worth applying rather than relying on individual codes.
