Items in new condition with original packaging get a 100% refund or credit within 60 days, and 100% store credit between 60 and 120 days. Used items or items missing packaging get 100% store credit within 30 days and 75% within 60 days. Books, CDs, DVDs and prescription lens orders cannot be returned.
