What happens if I don't complete the final payment when my pre-order arrives?
Once notified that a pre-ordered statue has arrived, buyers have 5 calendar days to pay the remaining balance before losing their reservation and priority rights to that unit. After that window, if the item hasn't sold out, there's still a 60-day period from the arrival notification to purchase using the original deposit, though the guaranteed reservation itself is gone.
Can I return an Iron Studios statue if I simply don't like how it looks?
Returns are accepted, but since every statue is handcrafted, minor cosmetic paint variations between one unit and another, or slight differences from the website photo, are not considered defects and don't qualify for a return on that basis. A genuine return still forfeits the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost, and for a pre-order, the non-refundable deposit as well.
Are the outer shipping box and art box covered under returns?
