Free ground shipping applies to most orders of $199.00 or more shipped within the contiguous US. Smaller orders pay $15.99. Oversize fees of $10.99 to $76.99, hazardous material fees of $34.99 per item, and truck freight rates can still apply.
How long do I have to return a JEGS part?
You have 90 days from purchase to return new, unused parts, but you need an approved RMA from JEGS's Return Portal first. Returns after day 30 carry a 15% restocking fee (minimum $7.99), and parts sent back without the original packaging incur a 15% repackaging fee. The discounted return label is deducted from your refund, and shipping charges are not refunded.
Where do I enter a JEGS promo code?

Can I use more than one promo code at JEGS?
No. JEGS limits each customer to one coupon, used in a single transaction. Codes work on JEGS brand products unless the code says otherwise, and engines, blocks, transmissions, overstock, garage sale, and clearance items are excluded.

Yes, JEGS matches retail competitors, including items sold by Amazon and verified eBay stores. It does not match third party marketplace sellers, wholesale only companies, or free with purchase offers, and refurbished, used, and clearance items are excluded. Will JEGS charge me for a backordered part?
Backordered items are not billed until they ship from JEGS. Dropshipped parts, which ship straight from the manufacturer, are billed when you order. If a backordered part follows an order that already shipped, JEGS pays the shipping on it.
Does JEGS offer financing?
JEGS has no credit card of its own, but you can apply for PayPal Credit at checkout, subject to credit approval. Affirm is also available to pay over time, and checking eligibility does not affect your credit.
