How do I start a return with Karmaloop?

Can I get a refund on discounted items?
Items bought at 40% off or more are eligible only for exchanges, not refunds, unless the product description states otherwise. Sale items specifically don't qualify for a cash refund at all, only exchange or store credit.
What items can't be returned to Karmaloop?
Swimsuits, underwear, and intimates are non-returnable, as are toys and hard goods for non-defective reasons. Certain brands are excluded from returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds entirely per that brand's own request, so checking a product's specific return terms before ordering matters for less mainstream labels.
What happens if I return shoes without the original box?
Shoe returns must include the original shoe box, shipped inside a separate outer box rather than using the shoebox itself as shipping packaging. A return missing the original box or with a damaged one either won't be accepted or carries a small restocking fee, cited around $3.
