Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Kemimoto coupon code with a flash sale?
Generally no, flash sales and bundle deals tend to deactivate standard promo codes during the event window, so it's worth comparing the flash sale price against a code applied to the regular price to see which comes out lower.
Why isn't my Kemimoto promo code working?
Check whether the code is restricted to a specific product category, like Polaris Ranger parts or heated apparel, since Kemimoto runs a number of category-specific codes rather than only sitewide discounts. An expired code is the other common issue.
What is Kemimoto's return policy?
Unused products can be returned within 45 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. Items that have been installed, damaged, or returned without original packaging generally aren't eligible.
Who pays for return shipping on a Kemimoto order?
For returns not related to a product quality issue or a description error, such as a simple change of preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Kemimoto covers the cost when the return is due to a defect or an error on their part.
Does Kemimoto offer a warranty separate from the 45-day return window?
Yes, Kemimoto's warranty policy covers the original purchaser for defects in materials or workmanship, though a proof of purchase is required and approved warranty returns generally need to be shipped back within 7 days of approval, with the customer covering return shipping to Kemimoto.
Does Kemimoto offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Marshall Islands, with typical delivery taking 5 to 8 business days.
Can I cancel a Kemimoto order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request comes before the item has been manufactured or shipped. Once a product has shipped, cancellation isn't possible and the standard 45-day return policy applies instead.
Does Kemimoto offer a discount for military members or first responders?
Yes, a 10% discount is available through ID.me verification for students, military personnel, first responders, and teachers.
