Does LensPure charge for shipping?
Orders of $88 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping. Anything under that ships for a flat $10.50 through USPS, and the discount applies at checkout without a code.
Can I return contact lenses I ordered from LensPure?
Unopened boxes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Toric, astigmatism, and multifocal lenses are excluded since they're made for one prescription. The shipping fee itself is not refunded, and you're responsible for the cost of sending the lenses back.
Why does my LensPure order now include an extra charge at checkout?
Since August 2025, LensPure collects U.S. import duties on checkout for orders shipping to the United States, since the company is based in Canada. Because the order ships duties prepaid, that charge is added up front so there's nothing extra due when the package arrives, but it is non-refundable once the order has shipped.
How do LensPure reward points work?
Points are earned on purchases and on referrals, and you need at least 5 available points before you can redeem any. Redemptions are capped at 25 points per order and 50 points per month, and points can only be redeemed in multiples of 5. They can't be combined with a coupon code or another discount, so factor that in before deciding whether to use points or a promo code on a given order.
Does LensPure offer a student discount?
Yes. Students can verify their status through StudentBeans to unlock an exclusive discount that runs independently of other sitewide promotions.
What happens if my LensPure package gets returned to sender?
If a courier can't deliver your order, LensPure will resend it for a flat resending fee, and a 10 percent restocking fee applies if the order is cancelled instead. Double checking your receiver name, apartment or business address details, and zip code before checkout helps avoid this.
Can I cancel or return toric, astigmatism, or multifocal lenses?
No. These are manufactured for your individual prescription and can take two to three weeks to process, so LensPure does not accept cancellations or returns once that order is placed.
What should I do if my LensPure order arrives defective?
Don't throw away the lenses. Fill out LensPure's inquiry form so support can review your case, since they'll need photos of the lenses and the barcode on the box to verify the issue before sending a replacement.
