Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an item?
You may return merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date, provided it's in its original packaging and unaltered, unused, and undamaged. Customized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.
Is return shipping free?
No, Lucky Shot USA doesn't pay for return shipping, but they will provide a USPS First Class or Priority label upon request, deducting that cost from your refund rather than requiring you to arrange your own shipping.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, free standard economy shipping applies to domestic orders of $75 or more after any promotions and discounts are applied, with standard economy, ground, and select saver options available on orders below that threshold.
Can I combine a promo code with a sale price?
No, coupon codes and sale prices must be entered during checkout and can't be applied retroactively after an order is placed, and only one coupon code or promotion may be used per order.
Is there a discount for military members?
Yes, qualified active and retired military members and their families can access a 15 percent discount, and Lucky Shot occasionally runs deeper military-specific promotions around holidays like Independence Day.
Are there volume discounts for events or organizations?
Yes, Lucky Shot offers volume discounts for charitable events, military balls, unit reunions, and wholesale customers, which is worth emailing customer support about directly if you're planning a larger group purchase.
Does Lucky Shot donate to veteran or first responder causes?
Yes, the company actively supports troops, veterans, first responders, and nonprofit organizations, having donated thousands of dollars in product to help various causes raise money, though as a small business they can't fulfill every donation request they receive.
