Can I return personalized wedding invitations if I change my mind?
No, personalized and custom-printed stationery is final sale once it's gone into production, since it can't be resold. If the item arrives with a printing error, color problem, or another quality issue that's Minted's fault, they'll reprint it at no charge.
Can I return an art print or non-personalized item?
Yes, non-personalized items like art prints are generally eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, though processing fees may apply depending on the item.
Where do I enter a promo code at checkout?
Add your items to the cart, then look for the "Have a Promo Code?" box near the order total on the cart page and apply it there before you check out.
Can I combine more than one promo code?
No, Minted applies one promo code per order. Minted More member pricing is already a discount, so it typically can't be stacked with an additional percent-off code on the same order.
Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?
Only before production starts, which for custom stationery can begin within a couple of hours of ordering. Check your Orders page right away if you spot a mistake; once printing has begun, the order generally can't be canceled or changed. Marketplace listings from independent artists (Direct from Artist) have their own short cancellation window, so check the listing for specifics.
Can I get a sample before ordering a full set of invitations?
Yes, Minted offers free samples of invitation designs so you can see the actual paper and print quality before ordering in bulk, which is worth doing given how limited the cancellation window is.
