Frequently Asked Questions
Does Miracle Noodle offer free shipping?
Yes, Miracle Noodle currently offers free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required, which makes stacking a promo code on top of that even more worthwhile.
What is Miracle Noodle's first order guarantee?
New customers can try the noodles for up to 60 days from delivery, and if they aren't a fit, Miracle Noodle refunds the purchase without asking for the product to be shipped back. This applies to a first order of any product or bundle, whether one time or a subscription.
What is the standard return policy on repeat orders?
Returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, provided no more than three packs from the order have been used. Customer service issues a prepaid return shipping label by email once a return is requested.
What happens if my Miracle Noodle order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Sending a photo to customer support within 30 days of delivery gets a replacement or a refund, whichever the customer prefers. This is separate from the standard return process and doesn't require sending the damaged item back first.
Can I combine a Miracle Noodle promo code with Miracle Rewards points?
Yes, creating a free account automatically enrolls a shopper in Miracle Rewards, and the points earned through purchases and other activity can be redeemed for discounts on top of an active promo code.
How does Subscribe and Save work at Miracle Noodle?
Choosing a subscription instead of a one time purchase takes 15 percent off every shipment and sends a reminder before each order goes out. Deliveries can be adjusted, paused, or skipped at any time from the account, and canceling stops future charges right away.
Can I cancel a Miracle Noodle order after it ships?
Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled outright. If it hasn't shipped yet, contacting customer service right away through their support channels can stop it before it goes out, or a shipped order can simply be refused at delivery.
Does Miracle Noodle have a referral program?
Yes, referring a friend earns 1,000 points toward a future purchase once that referral completes an order, stacking on top of whatever points come from regular shopping.
Why isn't my Miracle Noodle promo code working?
Most codes are limited to one per order and won't combine with an active sitewide promotion or the Subscribe and Save discount already applied to a subscription. Checking whether another discount is already active in the cart is the first thing to try.
Does Miracle Noodle offer a discount for first time subscribers?
Yes, signing up for the email newsletter typically comes with a discount on a first order, which can be combined with the ongoing Subscribe and Save rate if that first order is placed as a subscription.
