Frequently Asked Questions
Does Mixbook offer free shipping?
Free US economy shipping is typically available once your order total clears a set threshold, commonly $55 to $79 depending on the active promotion, after any discount code is applied.
What is Mixbook's return policy?
Mixbook backs orders with a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your photo book, card, or calendar, you can reach out to request a return, reprint, or refund.
How do I request a reprint if my Mixbook order arrives damaged?
Contact Mixbook's customer support team, sometimes called the "happiness team," with photos of the issue. They'll typically offer a free reprint or refund depending on the situation.
Do Mixbook promo codes work on every product?
No, many codes exclude 6x6 photo books, softcover photo books, magnets, and gift cards, and most codes can't be combined with other offers or applied retroactively after an order is placed.
Does Mixbook offer bulk or volume discounts?
Yes, for larger orders, Mixbook's sales team can be reached directly to work out a volume discount, which often includes free shipping as part of the offer, though it usually requires your order to be fully built and ready to check out first.
Can I combine a Mixbook coupon code with a volume discount?
No, volume discounts arranged through the sales team are typically handled separately from sitewide promo codes and aren't combinable with them.
Does Mixbook ship internationally?
Mixbook does ship to a number of countries outside the US, though delivery carriers and timelines vary by destination, and free shipping thresholds are usually specific to US orders.
