Yes. Orders over $150 shipped within the continental United States qualify for free ground shipping. Orders below that amount ship at standard rates, and most orders leave the Los Angeles warehouse within 24 hours of purchase.
What is Monrow's return policy?
Monrow accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 21 days of the original purchase for a refund or exchange. Every return carries a flat $10 processing fee, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Can I return sale items?
It depends on the discount. Items marked down between 25% and 40% off can be returned for an exchange or store credit rather than a refund. Anything discounted 50% or more is final sale and cannot be returned at all, so check the discount percentage before buying reduced items you might want to send back.
Can I combine a coupon code with a sale?
No. Monrow allows only one offer per order, so a promo code cannot be stacked on top of already discounted sale merchandise or another code.
Is the welcome discount for new customers reusable?
No. The welcome offer is limited to one use per customer and cannot be applied to more than one order, so it makes the most sense to save it for a larger first purchase.
Why might my Monrow coupon not be working?
The most common reasons are trying to combine it with another offer, attempting to reuse a one time code, or applying it to final sale merchandise discounted 50% or more. Codes also need to be entered at checkout rather than after an order is placed, since Monrow cannot apply them retroactively.
How does the exchange process work?
When an exchange is requested, Monrow places a temporary one dollar hold on the card to reserve the new item, then ships the exchange once the original return arrives at the warehouse. The hold is waived once the return is processed.
How long does it take to receive a Monrow order?
Standard orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, though promotional periods can extend that to 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes another 2 to 8 business days depending on location.
