Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee and is not covered by this offer.
Can I combine a discount code with the free shipping offer?
Since the free shipping threshold triggers automatically at checkout once the quantity condition is met, any valid discount code should still apply on top of it. Just confirm the code is entered before you complete payment, since Name Stories cannot add a code retroactively once an order has moved into production.
Why can't I return or exchange my Name Stories print?
Every print is made to order using the specific name, color, size, and personalization a customer selects, so Name Stories cannot resell or restock it the way a mass produced item could be. Returns and exchanges are not offered for ordering the wrong item, entering incorrect personalization, or a simple change of mind after delivery.
What if my print arrives damaged or wrong due to their mistake?
Contact support@namestories.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, Name Stories will replace the item at no additional cost.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, if you reach out before printing begins. Once an order moves into production, changes may no longer be possible or may come with a fee, and orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
Does Name Stories ship outside the United States?
Physical prints currently ship only within the 50 states. International shipping, including to Canada, has been paused due to tariffs and customs delays. International shoppers can instead order a digital download version of their Name Story to print locally.
Is personalization included in the price?
Yes. Buyers can add a short personalized expression, such as a birth date or a phrase like "a beloved daughter," printed above the name at no extra charge, up to a 25 character limit.
How much do Name Stories prints cost?
Unframed prints start at $29 for the 8x10 size and $36 for 11x14. Framed prints start at $119 for the 8x10 in black or white and run higher for the maple finish or the larger 11x14 size.
