Frequently Asked Questions
What is Pillows.com's return policy?
Pillows.com offers free returns within 30 days of receiving your product, and the company also allows up to 3 exchanges within 90 days with free shipping if you want to try a different pillow fill or firmness.
Does Pillows.com offer free shipping?
Yes, Pillows.com provides free shipping on continental United States orders over $99, with shipping calculated separately for orders below that threshold.
Can I combine a Pillows.com promo code with the free shipping offer?
Yes, since free shipping is a standing benefit once your cart clears $99, applying a separate percentage-off promo code on top of that threshold works without needing to sacrifice one benefit for the other.
Does Pillows.com offer a discount for signing up for emails?
Yes, signing up for the Pillows.com email list has offered new subscribers a 10% discount on their first order, which is a straightforward way to save before trying the brand's pillows for the first time.
Are there minimum order requirements on some Pillows.com codes?
Yes, some codes, particularly larger percentage discounts, require a minimum spend, commonly around $150, so checking that your cart clears the required amount before applying a code helps avoid it failing at checkout.
What happens if I use the same Pillows.com coupon code across multiple orders?
Pillows.com reserves the right to combine multiple orders placed by the same person or household using the same coupon into a single shipment, without refunding shipping charges assessed on each of those separate orders, so it is generally more efficient to place one larger order rather than several smaller ones with the same code.
Does Pillows.com offer bundle discounts for buying multiple pillows?
Yes, Pillows.com has run promotions like buy 2 get an additional 5% off or buy 4 get 10% off, which can be a more efficient way to save if you are stocking up on multiple pillows at once rather than applying a smaller single-item discount code.
