Frequently Asked Questions
Does Qalo give new customers a discount just for signing up?
Yes. Signing up for the Qalo email list typically unlocks a discount around 15 percent off a first order, and it's one of the easier ways to shave money off an initial purchase before even looking for a separate promo code.
What happens if a Qalo ring doesn't fit?
Qalo offers a free 60 day exchange window, so a ring that turns out too tight or too loose can be swapped for a different size at no extra cost. This matters more for silicone rings than most jewelry, since sizing from a printed chart or string measurement doesn't always match perfectly on the first try.
Can a Qalo discount code be combined with clearance pricing?
Most Qalo promo codes apply across the regular catalog including reduced price clearance rings, though some codes are written to exclude already discounted items or reserve the deepest cuts for full price merchandise. Reading the code's terms before checkout avoids a surprise at the cart.
Does Qalo's warranty cover a lost ring?
Qalo backs its rings with a one time replacement warranty on the original style and size ordered, which covers the ring if it's lost or wears out, not just manufacturing defects. It's a one time benefit per ring, so it's worth registering the purchase or keeping the order confirmation handy if that need ever comes up.
How much do I need to order to get free shipping at Qalo?
Free shipping on US orders kicks in around 40 dollars, which is close to the price of two rings, making a two ring order for a couple, or a ring plus a small accessory, an easy way to clear that line without needing a separate code.
Are Qalo's stackable rings sold in sets?
Some are bundled together for a lower combined price than buying each one separately, while others are sold individually so a customer can mix textures and colors one at a time. Checking the product page for bundle pricing before adding several individual rings to the cart can catch savings that a general storewide code wouldn't.
Why might a Qalo promo code fail to apply?
Gift cards and e-gift cards are commonly excluded from discount code redemptions, and some codes are restricted to specific categories like rings only, leaving out apparel or dog tag accessories. Checking what the code is meant to cover before assuming it's expired usually resolves the issue.
Does Qalo run bigger sales during holidays like Labor Day or Black Friday?
Yes, Qalo has run sitewide percentage discounts tied to holidays such as Labor Day, and these sales have in the past stacked with an additional code for a bigger combined discount. Watching for these seasonal windows is worth it for anyone planning to buy several rings at once, like matching sets for a wedding party.
What is Qalo's standard return policy outside of the sizing exchange?
Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund, separate from the 60 day sizing exchange window, so a ring that's simply not wanted can still go back even after the exchange period narrows. Keeping the original packaging makes this process smoother.
How often does Qalo refresh its discount codes?
Qalo tends to introduce new codes alongside seasonal collections and holiday promotions rather than on a fixed schedule, so codes that worked last month may not carry over. Checking back closer to a planned purchase date is the more reliable approach than saving a code from months earlier.
