Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return a SpinLife order?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as they're unused and in their original packaging, with a return authorization form required before shipping anything back. Custom-built or custom-configured wheelchairs are generally not eligible for return given how they're built specifically for one user.
Is return shipping covered?
No, return shipping is typically the customer's responsibility, and restocking fees of up to 25 percent can apply, particularly on refused deliveries or certain categories of mobility products, so it's worth confirming an order is right before it ships rather than planning to return it.
What happens if I cancel an order after it's already shipped?
A cancellation after shipping is treated the same as a standard return, meaning it comes with return shipping costs and the standard restocking fee, so canceling before an order leaves the warehouse is significantly cheaper than canceling afterward.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, SpinLife offers free standard ground shipping within the continental US on orders over $50, which covers the vast majority of purchases, including clearance and open-box items. Larger mobility equipment ships via freight carrier with scheduled delivery rather than standard parcel service.
Can I get expedited or white glove delivery?
Yes, both expedited shipping and premium White Glove Delivery are available for an added fee, with White Glove offering extra convenience for larger equipment like power wheelchairs or lift chairs that benefit from professional setup.
Do promo codes apply to bigger equipment like power wheelchairs?
Sitewide codes sometimes exclude premium power wheelchairs and custom-configured scooters, though exclusive codes distributed through healthcare provider partnerships, such as occupational or physical therapists, occasionally apply to these higher-cost categories specifically.
When does SpinLife run its best sales?
Discounts tend to be deepest around Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Memorial Day, typically running 10 to 30 percent off, with occasional spring sales reaching as high as 50 percent off on select mobility products.
