Frequently Asked Questions
Does Tea Collection offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders once the total reaches $150 or more after discounts and before tax. Orders below that amount pay a flat rate, and the offer only applies to standard delivery, not priority or express.
How long do I have to return something to Tea Collection?
Most items can be returned up to 90 days from the purchase date. Refunds go back to the original payment method if the return arrives within 60 days, while returns made between 60 and 90 days are issued as store credit instead of cash back.
Can I get a coupon just for signing up?
New subscribers who join the Tea Collection email list typically receive a welcome discount on their first order. The code arrives by email after signup and usually needs to be entered manually at checkout.
Why didn't my coupon code work at checkout?
Tea Collection excludes Final Sale items, Warehouse Sale merchandise, and select collections like Hello Kitty and Friends or sets from most promo codes. Discounts also apply pretax and generally cannot be combined with another active promotion unless stated otherwise.
Does Tea Collection price match its own sale prices?
Yes, through a one time price adjustment. If an item drops in price within 10 days of your purchase, customer service can credit the difference, though items bought during a Warehouse or Clearance sale are not eligible.
Are Final Sale and Warehouse Sale items returnable?
No. Anything marked Final Sale, along with merchandise bought during a Warehouse Sale, cannot be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted, so it is worth reading the product page closely before buying discounted clearance pieces.
Can I return a Tea Collection gift without a receipt?
Yes, using the Gift Return Form on the returns page. Gift returns are issued as store credit rather than a refund to a card, and the form asks for the order or PO number along with the recipient's contact details.
