Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still buy Honest Company products directly from Honest.com?
No, as of December 28, 2025, Honest.com stopped taking direct orders, and the company now sells exclusively through retail partners such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, HEB, and Kroger. The website itself is still up as an information hub and store locator, just not a working checkout.
Do old Honest.com gift cards or store credits still work?
Any gift cards or store credit tied specifically to Honest.com expired on December 28, 2025, along with the site's checkout. If you're holding an old one, it's worth reaching out to Honest's customer experience team directly rather than assuming it's still redeemable somewhere.
Where do Honest Company promo codes apply now?
Since checkout moved off Honest.com, current promo codes and discounts are tied to the retailer where you're actually buying, most often Amazon, Target, or Walmart, rather than a code you'd enter on the brand's own site.
Can I still subscribe to get Honest diapers or wipes delivered automatically?
Honest no longer runs its own subscription program through Honest.com, though some retail partners offer their own recurring delivery options, such as Amazon's Subscribe and Save, which knocks a percentage off eligible Honest items and includes free shipping on the recurring order.
What if I need to return something I bought before the site changed?
If you purchased through a retailer rather than directly from Honest.com, that retailer's own return policy applies, and Honest's customer experience team can help point you in the right direction if you're not sure who to contact.
Which Honest Company products are easiest to find deep discounts on?
Diapers and wipes bundles have historically carried the steepest percentage off promotions of any category, since they're the brand's highest volume products, and that pattern tends to continue through whichever retailer currently stocks the deepest inventory.
Does Amazon's Subscribe and Save work the same way Honest's old subscription did?
It's similar in spirit, a discount plus free shipping on repeat orders, though the specific percentage saved on Amazon's program, commonly in the 5 to 15 percent range depending on how many items are in a single delivery, doesn't always match what Honest's direct subscription used to offer.
Are Honest Company products certified for sensitive skin?
Honest's Clean Conscious Diapers are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, meaning they're third party tested for a long list of chemicals, and the line is dermatologist tested and hypoallergenic. That certification travels with the product regardless of which retailer you buy it from.
How can I keep track of new Honest Company deals now that the checkout has moved?
Signing up for Honest's marketing emails is still the most direct way to hear about new promotions, since the brand has said it will keep working with retail partners and coupon platforms even without its own checkout.
