Frequently Asked Questions
Does Triathlete Sports offer free shipping?
Orders over $99 to the continental 48 states ship free, measured after any discounts and excluding taxes and shipping charges. Shoppers do not have to choose between a discount and free shipping, and sale items count toward the total. Orders go out by UPS or USPS at the store's discretion.
Does Triathlete Sports price match?
Yes, against other authorized dealers. Call 800-635-0528 with the store name, the item price, the model, make, and color, and the competitor's estimated shipping cost, and the team will try to meet or beat it. The match applies only to identical sale conditions, so open box, clearance, mail in rebate, membership, and demo prices are left out, and it covers new purchases only.
Who qualifies for the Triathlete Sports military and healthcare discount?
Military members and veterans, first responders such as police, fire, and EMT, and healthcare workers can verify through VerifyPass and receive a one time code, which VerifyPass lists as 10% off. Each later purchase needs a fresh verification, done from the same discount page.
Which brands are excluded from Triathlete Sports coupons?
Some manufacturers do not allow authorized dealers to discount their products, and the coupon policy names HOKA, Sidi, and Garmin, noting that the list is not limited to those. Coupons also cannot be used to buy gift certificates, and free shipping offers apply only to the continental 48 states.
What is Checkout+ at Triathlete Sports?
It is an optional add on at checkout that covers return shipping and adds package protection, with a same item replacement if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and the claim is approved. Coverage cannot be added after the order is placed or refunded later. Without it, the return label cost is deducted from your refund.
What is the Triathlete Sports return window?
Returns for a refund, store credit, or exchange are accepted within 30 days of purchase, for unused items in the original packaging with tags attached. Wetsuits cannot be worn in the water, and shoes must go back inside a shipping box, without a label or tape on the retail shoebox.
Which items cannot be returned to Triathlete Sports?
Gift cards, shipping charges, nutrition, food, and supplement products, and undergarments such as briefs, boxers, and under shorts are not returnable. Start any eligible return through the returns portal with your order number and email address.
Can I exchange an item at Triathlete Sports for something of a different price?
Yes. Even exchanges and uneven exchanges are both allowed, with any price difference invoiced after the returned item is received and accepted, and the new item ships once the original is approved. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 working days after approval.
How often does Triathlete Sports release new deals and coupons?
The store sends special offers and VIP deals to past customers and newsletter subscribers from time to time, and its On Sale section includes a 50% Off Blowout Deals group for men and women. Because those offers come in waves, the list on this page changes as each one starts and ends.
